1. You can cancel your commission request anytime before I begin for zero cost, as there’s no upfront payment.
2. If you changed your username after submission, please contact me ASAP to update your slot. Otherwise, you may risk losing it.
3. NSFW or political content is not permitted.
4. No MLP characters specifically due to industry copyright risk, sorry.
5. All delivered files are licensed under creative common CC BY. (Basically no restriction as long as you credit the creator clearly)
6. I reserve the right to refuse any commission up front.
7. If you do not want the commissioned artwork to be posted on social media, please notify me in advance . Otherwise, I will assume I have permission to share the work publicly.
8. If you are submitting a highly detailed request exceeding 250 words, your request may experience an extended wait time or incur an additional cost, depending on its complexity. Please provide the paragraph in advance so I can determine if this applies to you.
9. Waiting time may vary based on my personal work schedules. If you need your piece completed early, I offer a priority slot fee of an additional 30% in payment. This option is not prominently displayed, please ask me if you need this.
