1. Can I cancel?

   You can cancel for free at ANYTIME before the work is started.

2. Can I ask for changes after starting?

   Maximum 1 major change at each WIP update. Minor fixes are unlimited.

   If you are unsure what’s a major change vs minor fixe, please feel free to ask me.

3. What content is not allowed?

   No NSFW or political content.

   No MLP characters due to copyright risk.

4. Need it fast?

   We can discuss a priority fee for rush requests.

5. What if the price changed before mine was started?

   All listed prices may subject to change at any time. However existing slots with a determined budget/pricing will NOT be affected.

6. What if I don’t want the artwork to be posted?

   I normally post all the commissioned artworks on platforms that suits its content, usually without client name to protect your privacy.

   If you have special requests pleas let me know beforehand.

7. I changed my name?

   Please notify me if your contact name changes. If I cannot reach you, you may lose your slot.

8. When do I pay?

   50% at sketch approval. 50% at final delivery. This applies to first time customers only, not a strict rule.

9. What payment methods do you take?

   Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Wise, PayPal, WeChat, Alipay. PayPal adds a 3.5% transaction fee.

10. Can I buy commercial license?

    Projects over $400: CC BY-SA 4.0 commercial license included.

    Projects under $400: CC BY-NC 4.0 (non-commercial).

    • can purchased the commercial license later through 30% additional fee.

    Note: using my work with AI in any method requires commercial license.
