Also known as WEP in short.
WEP is a complex procedure of coordinating weather sensors with Stratoreservoir operations. Step breakdown can be simplified as following:
- Acquire location, temperature, wind speed, cloud data from the target zone.
- This step requires numerous amount of calculation to pick out the most optimal area of cloud formations. Cumulonimbus clouds would be the best type of formation.
- Dispatch the closeset Stratoreservoir to the target zone depending on the size of cumulonimbus clouds, and provide locational and cloud displacement data with military personnels.
- Stratoreservoir arrives at target area, start the vertical rotation process. The whole ship body will be rotated 90 degrees and aim its front vacuum nozzle towards the center of cumulonimbus cloud field, or hurricane eye depending on the situation. This rotation process requires around 5 hours to be fully complete.
- WEP starts.
- WEP could take up to 5 days to 14 days depending on the size of the clouds.
