Earth is in dire danger due to global warming, with sea levels rising at an alarming rate.
Funded by unknown sources, the Atlantis Space Center has proposed a grand plan to tackle the issue: constructing a massive mirror in space to deflect sunlight and cool down the Earth.
They named it the Solar Dome Project.

On estimation, it requires at least 37,000 launch attempts to complete such mega project based on their technology level.
To save fuel and cost of each launch, a slim and 99% reusable rocket was developed: the Eagle-Light Rocket.

When payloads arrive near the structure, several space robots will manually install all the new components. They will also monitor and repair the dome in case of any damage.
The entire structure of the Solar Dome is made up of thousands of smaller components. These components were launched into space and assembled together, known as the lens Units.

People were thrilled initially, but quickly realized that Solar Dome is not just a simple mirror, but an adjustable lens. It not only can reflect sunlight, but also focus it to any point on earth.
